its probably x2 15ias 40ed jewels in each of those matris.
viper dart has x2 15ias/40ed. i guess its lvl 48 w/o. i think its slightly better (2-14 probably does that) then the bow i got off yogi
i cant remember off hand if the 9 min on the 2nd bow is lvl 48, probably ? in which case its a dream amp bow
