well it's not simply nerds thinking that someone has trademarked a word just by saying it. He filled out all the of the proper paperwork and everything. There was a 3 week waiting period while he awaited confirmation that he invented the name. No less than three separate moderators combed the entire forum to make sure there were no earlier instances of its usage. For a small fee in FG i'm sure he will allow you to use the name.

After that though you would still be needing Linny's approval; which doesn't seem likely at this point. Sorry m8

lol Fyi they were called Ironman's 20+ years ago when I was 8 years old, so I believe someone else coined that term quite a long while ago.
