I dont think you can build a MLD for 500, unless you made a hammerdin with a full invent of plain 15 lifers. A zon on a 500 fg budget would be really bad for example.
If you make a guest 49 on east, im sure some people would play it occasionally. And the upside is, since you built the chars, they would be balanced in terms of overall strength level

You can build an MLD for 500fg. Will it be good/godly? Probably not lol but that's the fun in it if everyone is building off the same budget.
