Way back when there was a 2wc/30ias/100+ed harpoon in one of the shops. Then d2 went and deleted everything, I regret not buying it, but they probably wanted some dumb price for it.

gorrillascam had 2x of them on a char built with Riox iirc. it was the best geared brawler i ever saw.

BJCummings had a brawler with 2x 2wc/100+ed harpoons but iirc neither had ias.
