Enigma won't help you vs ww match up, I find 50% dmg reduction is nice vs barbs the slow is irrelevant vs ww. 50% more dmg is nice vs amps 100%. Other then that I think its the slow properties I've been getting complaints about. I'd love to test it more, from what i did get to test it really didn't seem that crazy.

Lawbringer would be like a amp flail but less range and a higher proc rate, the elemental dmg is meh. Hardly a thing being that smite if the base form of a smiter dmg. I do not want to promote hybrid builds like hammer smiter with eop.

I wanted to promote some thing less flexible and more directed to core smiter only

A lvl 15 decrep lasts like 30 seconds+? It wouldnt be fair lol and who cares if u lose to ww barb.. you still should due to range

30 seconds? That I would see the issue with but...its only 12.4 seconds not even half of 30 seconds. And I care about my ww match ups. Range I have charge, hoesnlty test with me some time for the purpose of the thread.

Hybrids are bm in lld

Also, Frito/Daver did fine on a smiter without hybrids, maybe it’s a dueling skill issue
