-windy druid
-Libby
-BF sin (unless the charger has zeal)

Most other stuff, charger has the clear advantage. Some trappers can be tough though.
lvl 18 probably nothing can go 50-50 with a charger, but fissure/bone nec/throw barb would be your best shot. Some bowas do alright if their dodges can outlast the charger's mana, but the charger can remedy that by giving himself higher mana.
Most of those dont apply to <30 so it's irrelevant

You basically just have to hope you block a lot of attacks and they run out of mana, which shouldn't happen unless it's some budget noob with low mana. The builds are too imbalanced.
