yeah, that isnt optimal. if you're going to pay to have jewels duped you might as well use them though, right?

TShaman only wants two of his three jewels to look like storm eye, so he can be at 50 str on his build, which he cant with your jewel selection



it depends on total str, how much ed% he has from helm/armor, etc... if its a normal build, the str is giving average damage about 1:1 to a max jewel, so the 24 str is probably pretty close to having an extra 24 max jewel in avg damage

yeah well Pp's arent exactly unperm dupes, Iguess i was referencing to euro's rule bible, atleast that was what i was following when i was trying to put it together, not sure about east tbh.
