after that I can duel you on east with my unplayable ping, even 2 east players who dueld the both of us pmd me so far after reading the lld tour topic and offered me access LOL they must think you will lose with the home realm advantage.. They don't seem to regard you high at all xD In fact what i've heard is you don't duel you just talk shit on jsp and afk ingame as soon as someone above average wants to duel you.
You never see truly great players shittalk other realms
