I agree. I think the respec is somewhat at odds with the true nature of character building. When LLD started if you had your build fucked you had to re-grush and re-lvl a char. For that reason when building a char it used to be 100% standard that you had your vs.-cold and vs.-fire and max-block and max-life and every other possible setup you could need on a single char build. Use scs, rings, ammys, w/e u need to attain the res or block or life you need for that matchup, but a respec is a bit much. Now if you get womped by a cold char because your build was whack and you want to change moving forward i can see that.

When I said you could respec in the beginning I meant in a case similar to bel's. I didn't mean change from charge to hammer, fball to blizz, etc... I meant it in a way if you wanted a little more vita and less dex on your bowa or vice versa, a few more points in one skill then before, adjust str points to use different jewelry/gear, those kinds of things.

if your entry says Worrywart/Sorc/Fireballer then you shouldn't be teleporting around dropping blizz all over the place.
if your entry says Belarathon/Charger/Charger you shouldn't be synching dropping hammerfields everywhere.

I figured everyone would understand stat and realize the respec would be for minor adjustments to offer a chance to builds that simply flat out lose to others. I guess for simplicity we should drop respec all together.

By consensus eth bonesnap is banned by the way.
