2 pot is useless on a sorc, you only have to w8 out for sorc to use them and that is very easy with 25lrep. I think sorc at lvl 18 is the most useless character for competitive duelling

walk with ama make it only based on luck vs other melee characters, escpecially vs charge/zeal. It's better to use limited frw for bowa. sth like 70.

Charge cannot be used as a attack spell, only for mobility. make zeal pretty much useless. zeal is not op at all, only the zeal that uses amazing gear with a high dmg charge switch weapon, and that should be banned.

max 15 lrep on bowa, necro and 20lrep on others.

first when i saw this i thought lvl 81 but than i have seen its 18
why do peopel duell level 18?? there are much better items for lvl 81 chars

So far sorc was not allowed for any extras. And its well known noncompetitive char 1v1.
2 mana pots make her more viable. So could be tried.

70frw on bowa ?
Did you ever had more then 50 ?
50frw+700-900life is more then enuff to win izi duels.
When bowa is allowed to walk she can hit the same walk speed as run by sacyfyice some life.
Edit: "bowa can kill paly when she is lucky". Still! Most chars can dream on killing bowa with any luck.

I agree. The problem is one will find always an excuse.
Additionally not only dmg matters but also manastack and regen.
Pure zeal can do rly well when he use charge to desync and overrun.

I think avg 18 player suck and will lose with any disadvantage against any player because the avg 18 player doesnt know how to play. That's why they ended up playing at level 18.

Most people who plays in other level bracket and tried out level 18 duelling will agree with me.

make rules to help out weak players is boring. Bowa is op character but many character can give her a good match. Let it be like that and dont destroy the only fun character to play at level 18.

This tour ruls is to make a tour that is not ZvZ. Idea is to make balanced classes attendance.



So far I just saw bowa players (guest highter braket), not other classes.

This start to sound like ~~HEY I WANNA JOIN TOUR BUT LET ME PLAY BOWA AS USUAL SO I CAN KIEL

As I wrote , if people think bowa cannot win duels with these rules - I will play that tour with an ama.
