we should clarify some rules imo:
1: Max fire res vs fb sorc.
2: Usage of wsg.
3: Cold stack. (in case you wanna do anything about it)
4: Fire golem vs fb sorc.
5: Max time for duel vs es sorc.
6: Leap.
7: Precasting.
8: Light stack.

Thats all i can think or for now.
My suggestions:
1: 85 fr allowed for nec/barb/druid.
2: At least one attack/swtich.
3: Non-limited.
4: Banned.
5: 10 mins.
6: Dunno really.
7: Dunno really.
8: Non-limited.

i think as we discussed allready (lee markus + me) cold stack is unfair vs blizz since they arrent that strong w/o -res so i wont put "non-limited"

and a max time vs sorc? xD what you mean with that? explain me thx
