bj sure you can use my rabies, but he needs some improovments first, right now he's not fully geared (missing some charms, belt and sig shield) but fo sure we can work out something

mini, aww you really want to totaly ban charge? imo charge on a char like mine is not that op, its like 1,2k dmg, no max dmg charm in inv, and mostly caster gear, no angelics and so on. i really wanted to make this tourney to test my libby's survivality vs all kinda chars, but if every1 thinks charge itself is too imba, ima use my kicker...

about rep, imo 25 would be neat. most of the caster chars tries to get 5/5/5 on rings and belt, and at least a few from circ (1-2 skull, which is badly needed for manaregen also) and amulet. more than 25 can be overkill ofc, but imo should be caped on 25.

I think that if we're gonna ban pure chargers, we can allow it as secondary skill. Without charge every papadin would need a ranged partner in team because teams like zeal/kick would be underpowered.

mini suggested the idea to ban it as an attack, not as an moving opportunity. so a zeal/kick team would be still imba..
about rep, i will make a Poll imo, to make it fair for every1

on east gm rep is 20 @9-12, 25 @18, and 30@30
the only char that truly abuses this is a fissure druid.. 25 is very fair and still quite high

my participation would depend on the ruleset , especially regarding paladins and the usage of duped items
