hots are banned, 75 res is the max. Also I meant that shields with res are banned, so u have to get it on other items. If u get it on boots u will sacrifice 20 dext from ck to be able to swap, from jwls u will aim for 15 maxers instead 20, etc. Is a little nerf only but will help to balance them a bit more.

e/that twitch idea seems cool, never thought about it but might need some tests since banning it will just make chargers like zealers lol.

ps: Actually my charger uses twitch and no res shield xD. Trying to get 3 charge weap right now :P

No well it wasn't about a combination of hots + res shield but more about the res shield itself

i see no point in banning res shields. If they want to sacrefice thier maxblock for res - fine by me (pew pew some arrows = done)^^

i would join this aswell, if we can set up a proper rule set

lvl 18 is difficult to balance, some builds just work better and palas (charger) are totally overpowered.
they can solo win any TvT.
things like no ds or no res shields dont change that to me, the 1-2 hit potential is still given.
and pala(maxed might aura) / bowa teams will win vs every team i guess, so i would expect only mirror matchups, maybe with a nec sometimes.
because if we dont nerf some chars nobody will play fissures , kickers and other builds

just my opinion

edit:
i havent read it all , but i havent seen something like "no 2*same char - team" allowed, such as pala/pala. would be the first rule for me.

points of disscusion here should be (imo):

1. Necro:
- amplify dmg  --> all necs used it so far, no prob with that
- Bonearmor (recast) --> should do a couple 1 on 1 with recasting
- bonewall (how much and how is it used) --> as said in rules is fine i guess



2. life replenish cap --> as long theres no 1k lreper out there no need to cap it :)

3. paladins using ds on their build. (op imo) --> as said cg & azure out


If you don't put a cap on rep, the duels involving fissure/casters (sorc/nec mainly) would last hours.
And I really mean hours.

Bone armor shouldn't be able to be recasted unless vs chargers or so, cause else it's kind of op.
I did not read the second or thrid page, maybe you discusted that problem, if so ignore me.

I may try and build one up for that, but I also might not have internet access for the whole summer so maybe I won'T be able.

the Lrep cap wasn't rly discussed and what u pointed out with hours of duels is my point on it as well. there should be an exception for casters to have more lrep allowed then melee or melee ranged but thats it.

y we discussed the bonearmor thing already and came to same conclusion

also there should be discussed if chargers/zeal chargers getting completly banned or if melee ranged chars aren't allowed to have a pal with might/conc in their team.

if i got time tomorrow i will sum up several discussed stuff by now and draw some polls
