I need to know exactly how much.

how can i check that out? it's years ago and my online banking logs just go back a few months. i saved some logs going back like 1 year but that's still not enough to see what happened before that :X

no, bank accounts go back as far as you want them to. Please find out. thanks.

i just talked on the phone with the person of my bank who handles money transfer logs. i can only see the online banking logs that go back a few months. before that data is also saved but it looks different.
the only information on old logs i can get for a small fee contain those informations:
-the amount of money sent
-the bank account number of the person
-the blz of the bank account of the person
-the date
you cannot see names or a comment of the transfer - and i need that to track the exact amount of money received for the fg.
this is true, if you don't believe me i can give the number of the person responsible to a german mod and he can verify it.

when was the general time you sold it.

hmm, i think end of 2008, so around 2 years ago. but again, i am not 100% sure..it's long ago and i'm not rly good at remembering :X
if it was few months ago then i could tell you exactly but it's years ago..

looks to me like you sold nearly 200,000 fg. You will have to repay the money for that fg to njaguar before we can continue.

lol no i didnt and i wont

then you will stay locked.

this doomonyou guy forced me (and several other d2jsp members it seems) into admitting the fact that i sold fg for cash. so i made up a story and admitted something i didn't do. i still doubt he has any proof since he hasn't shown me any yet, he just wants me to send cash to njaguar.

that's your choice. anyways i never sold those 200k fg for items. those were all traded for items only

yeah right...zzz

isn't it guilty until proven guilty? or are d2jsp mods allowed to act above the law?

we don't lock people until we have proof.

still no answer on my question about proof. but i hold a new record: Messages: 67 (Box Full)

technically when you buy fg you are being provided a "service" because what you are receiving isnt a tangible item and therefore for legality purposes they have to say "donation" however in this regard in my opinion if a site asks you to pay them money on a service they did not provide that sounds dangerously close to an illegal transaction and i would imagine (since i worked for a bank for 3 years) that this would be flagged as money laundering huhu

He admitted to breaking the posted rules.

FG is not a service but looks to be a "license" to use, and as such can be revoked.

It is a private site, the rules are posted and sorry but if a license all FG is njags.

you forgot the part where you posted stating that you sold your fg vs $. Nice job leaving out important details. Don't post this crap again or you will get 10% and some time off.
