if he uses 1 mana pot you get to recast...

if he uses 3 mana pots you get to recast 3 times....

while recasting is obvious to your opponent, the amount of his mana pot consumption is not so that rule wont work... personally i would say no mana and no recast

I'd say 1 recast would be alright in 1v1

might have to try it out on nl with necthrow

mana pot?

lol there are no pots period and i never mentioned any

the only thing mentioned here is recasting bone armor while 1v1'ing a charger

t4t may be a different case

my nec is kinda balanced against a perfectly geared pala (20maxers everywhere etc) ...
if i would be allowed to recast armor no char would have chance

^^this

lvl 18 necro is already stronger caster you can make

Fixed

I had a nec, chargers aren't to bad if you place walls properly. No recast.

i would kinda have to go with him, i also have a nec (well 2) and if you place walls at the right space and have a good mana pool you should be able to kill

imo 90% of rules are put in place for those who haven't gained the skill to cope with the characters that they are having trouble with. outside of a very small window of absolutely massive character advantages, any char can beat any char 1vs1 if you are truly more skilled of a player, and even more so in tvt. if at all, this rule MUST be looked at as 1vs1 with only the general necro rules affected the tvt play.
I can't really vote tho since I'm not sure on the bonewall per screen rule for lvl 18 dueling. also i'm not the best with lvl 18 duel experience in general.
So i won't vote... but on paper i would say no recast-1 recast, although this is based on no knowledge of the bracket whatsoever as i have always been a 30/49 guy
