edit: i say fhr is irrelevant because 5 frames is enough (assuming that any lvl 18 libby uses bfist + stealth rw). don't forget that paladins can charge out of almost any situation as well...

yeah , thats what i was saying.
but still, if u cant find a 1/3/3/10 scepter, a plain 3/3 2-5 soc is better idea with steelclash. and a cleglaw with dmg shield.

throwing on pala is nice, but useless if u have charge,since with high mana pool u can use charge as good as throwing..
also if u use 3/3 with 5* 20 maxers - like u do mev - u should use steelach next to it, so u loose like 6xed 1xx ar and 60-80 dmg.
and dmg is badly needed from gear. since u'll use only life/mana , life/ar scs,,,
