i made a similar topic a few months ago to try to rebalance classes in order to promote new builds since everyone and their mother just makes a paladin these days. No one liked what i had to say though.

Wof can do well in tvt though because their skills can hit multiple targets so it works similar to a fissure druid.

yeah I guess so. too bad no 18 tvt on euro and the only 1vs1 I almost always find are vs palas...

Basically i was talking about 1.09 dueling where there wasnt a "lvl 18 bracket" conc barbs were capped to 24 and zealots were seen at lvl 18. Now obviously game mechanics have changed since then ie the eth rune bug and life leech. But i feel like some chars like zealots/chargers/bowas/necros/throw barbs to name a few should be capped at 18 but other builds should be allowed to go a bit higher than the cap to make them more competiitve.

Some builds will always be lower tier though simply due to class advantages but my initial post was to bring forth a discussion as to what level requirements should be appropriate for what builds
