honor is a frame slower & DS is only added if the honor hits.  Fewer hitchecks (about 4 less per second) coupled with a 1/4 chance of DS on hit = ????  I would think that realworld performance means unless you always getting clipping hits for 1-2frames only, the increased speed still gives the edge to robos (increased multiple hits per pass etc).
However, I have no idea how to make this a calculation.  Hopefully someone does.

I always thought the Crit's stacked actually, but this was obviously due to too small of a sample size during testing in hindsight.  Only tested 100hits, so the fact that about 60 of them were crits was apparently simple luck on a 42% crit rate.  You ARE critting 2x as much as 72max/80life plate vs ~200max decrease.

Just from alot of personal experience with robo/honor and robo/robo, I will say robo/robo is better than robo/honor IF using peace.

isnt there a certain order though that if you equip your honor last or something with the robo it acts as if it has the same ias?

nah both hands ww check seperately im pretty sure

use dmg calc and do dmg with robo/honor and robo/robo then change it for frame 4

but like someone said in the original thread "if honor is better then why doesn't anyone use two honors"

I'm to lazy to do math though

Meegz told me this via pm last night when i asked him if it mattered which hand got which axe:

"you want the robo in your MH, because of the way hitchecks work, it starts with your mainhand and is based on the fpa of the weapon. putting the honor in your mh puts your initial check 2 frames behind that of robo in your mh"

And this when i asked him whether hit checks were totally seperate:

"yeah, but they occasionally overlap when you use different weapon speeds, from what i can recall"

the speed calc just shows it as one attack speed, not two independent ones.

this is correct equip robo in main so that the first 2 checks are at 4fpa, if u do tri whirls all of ur checks will be 4fpa and making honor/robo>robo/robo

also robo/honor is > than honor/honor for the reason stated above, if u use honor/honor u lose the initial 4fpa for the the honor wep.

I'm going off the assumption that they hit check individually, which I am pretty sure is correct, but I've yet to see much proof either way so idunno

they hit check individually, except for the first X frames, in which they use the main hand wep, but i got this info from diabloii.net from a long time ago when i used to hld bvbXD.
also paul if u duel using long whirls or start ur whirls far away then robo/robo would be better, so choosing ur weps all depends on how u ww most of the time.

i like this answer, it makes sense to me

i feel as though short whirls are more effective, in that you arent left as vulnerable. What do you say?
