Hammer is 50/50 vs skilled charger if hammer have charge setup and force charger to wep/shield instead of partizan insight. If charger can go 24/7 for eth insight partizan he can 1shot easily any hammerdins. I've meet only 1 charger skilled and was Hellskin.

Charger have bad time vs ele dudu too (either fissure & nado)

sadly your charger isn't on euro, else i'd love to give you a challenge with crap barb or hammer.

moonhammer was good on charger imo. although he couldn't beat me on hammer. i'm not that experienced on palas though.
nado is hard for charger, although still do-able. fissure is easy imo. just foh the summons and get 1-2 hits in. you won't need block so your dmg is huge.

Yea, bad hdins are a 5-0 if they dont charge you because you keep insight out. Fissure is easy, nado is harder.

Moonhammer have a normal charger. He play nice BUT he can't reach Hellskin skill just coz Hellskin's charger have 100%hit 100%crit over ur 75block everytime, everywhere, anyday. He oneshot u, no game, u can't hide urself, u can't tank, u can't run away, u can just die.
