I have seen similar builds duel to compare both setups. One used clegs and the other a military pick. It was pretty close most of the time but it seemed the pick setup won more often. I think the whole DS is good and all but it is IF it hits. Where as if you go with a pick or WS your minimum is more & your constant average is better. But IF you hit DS every time it would be without question. There is also the chance you will never hit DS in a duel. Personaly i would always take the better constant average damage over 40% DS. All in all both builds are comparable, it just comes down to luck.

if you use azure, you should use clegs gloves since you're not hitting the ias bp with death's anyway. misewell slow them down.

alright well just going from your numbers this is easy, on this setup 1% ds = 1%final dmg.

1) remove fire from your cow kings, and any other elements/psn , im assuming all u have is fire from cow kings.... otherwise u need to adjust my numbers

2) clegs setup = 40-1070 according to your screen - 25-35 fire from cows
= 15-1035 * 1.5 (DS%)
clegs = 22.5 - 1552.5 avg 787.5

3) WS 144-1576 - 25-35 fire from cows =
WS 119-1541 avg 830avg

3b) WS - 25-35 fire from cows = 144-1348 according to your screen - 25-35 fire from cows
119-1313 * 1.1(DS%)
=
WS 10%helm 130.9-1444.3 avg 787.6 avg

with gc's
check how much a single +6gc adds with the clegs on your screens. w/e it adds multiply by 1.5, then account for the 10gc's youll have
check how much a single +6gc adds with the WS setup, w/e it adds multiply by 10

if u account for gc as 9, yah thats about the same thing. then mult skills% ed%etc

i dont know your setup. ill guess its about 370% ed with the shield/str/skill% ?

with that in mind the +60max from gc's will do

[(60*4.7ed)*1.5ds]/2 = +211 avg dmg clegs
[(60*4.7ed)]/2 = +141 avg dmg WS

estimates
clegs avg = 998.5
ws avg = 971

each max dmg adds 5.7 dmg for my war scepter so overall will be 342 dmg added so ave dmg of ws with 10x 6max gcs will be 1001 or 119-1883

on my clegs each max dmg adds 5.23333 dmg plus the crit... so ill add 314 screen dmg 471 actual dmg so the final average dmg with clegs will be 25-2024 so ave dmg is 1025

so clegs with 10x6max gcs does end up being better by an average of 24 dmg.
