Are you trying to keep some chars stronger then others (without balance), for participants to gain more points (if they win vs these classes) or something?

will probably lower rep for bowa to 15 and maybe a further limit to global frw.

will probably ban cb on barb, maybe put a maximum hp limit (2500+ hp is just stupid). hesitant about going 15 mastery because people will have to token to do their ladder challenges if they don't normally do it. afaik mastery is the only difference between this ruleset and justified's

Oh so it's not cross realm? Just a coin flip as to who makes the game on NA?
If I make a game on NA I get 125-170 ish ping.
If NA guy makes a game in eu I get about 60 ping.
If I make the game in eu I get around 20-45 ping.

So the difference is if its all NA based, I'll have to sign up with chars that don't require tele or use limited tele.

15 rep for bowies makes more sense.

Banning cb is just silly.... reason being unless you're dueling a barb cb really isn't the play anyway.

I know what you mean having different rulesets and using a token constantly is annoying, however your other sentence "life cap on barb" means they will have to token in-between tours anyway.... not sure what the difference is?

no, it's not a coin flip for who makes the game on NA. maybe for cross-server challenges specifically it can be a coin flip for who makes a game on the other person's server.

i think in general bringing down a barb's hp by a good chunk would be a more impactful nerf than 5 mastery, i have tried 15 mastery on my sigons barb and still had no issues mowing down everyone other than other barbs. capping a barb at say 1800 hp gives them much less of a cushion to play with. also many barbs have viper/circ swaps already that they can lower their hp with, i think it's less of a guaranteed token than 15 mastery.
maybe the step after that is both, time will tell but the ultimate goal of this ladder is not an end-all fix for barbs - it's to give other builds a chance by rewarding winning a hard/even matchup more than winning an easy matchup. a barb playing 90/10 matchups will need to win 5x the matches to earn the same amount of points as a single 50/50.

I think bringing down barbs life would make no difference and tbh I feel like 15mastery doesn't make much difference either (small crit /dmg/ar loss).

I do however, feel like it's more the dmg output from barbs then it is the survivability, and I can only assume you feel the same since you mentioned about banning cb.
The chance of barbs 1whirl KO is so high.... that is the problem in my opinion.

The problem you have by capping life is limiting/banning top gear. This is something that limiting points on either bo or mastery would solve.
I have said bo or mastery.... now I'm suddenly thinking hmmm.... both?

Anyway I'm not here to put a downer on this / discuss rules I just wanted to voice my opinion.

The problem with barb is too many hitchecks in an instant. Any other nerf isnt gonna fix it. Cleg gloves will fix op barbs

And that will only help with some classes
