well, splendor is lvl 37 or so cuz of the Lum, and it also has FCR on it. if you dont need the fcr, then ofc this does more damage and has the fhr that can save you some life for the next breakpoint

but, if you need the fcr, then you'd need to sub out an soj for a fcr ring, making the damage the same. although you'd possibly gain up to 18 stats and 20 life from your ring, and the mana loss wouldnt be super significant as long as you still have another soj on and the fcr ring is close to 90 mana

What's the LLD runeword? I got them mixed up

if you're comparing your rare to a rhyme, they serve two entirely different purposes. your rare is perfectly fine to use vs casters where you arent going to need block, just toss an eth rune in it for the regen. and keep using the rhyme for where you need the block
