he had it for sale for 4 months and nobody wanted it. dont give out to me about it. i referred him to several people. i dont post collages mev sry. maybe some day.

Way too low ed% imo
and well, 1 socket is always bad

I guess the only purpose it can serve is as a charge up for a ts/kicker and for that any claw with AR and ias does the job.

imo (and the fire dmg isnt all that high for it to be used on ele kciker >.<)
