Mana yes strength no , but you could get up to 9 life replenish though on a mld belt.
Very nice belt nonetheless.

nah, I asked around and everybody told me it was overpriced.

And since I'm one of the few big spenders who's willing to make crazy overpays I thought I'd have some time to wait for him dropping its price.
