edit: (1) esfb #1, (2) it was not confirmed that we would count the score in that tvt yesterday (3) I'm not going to post screens or discuss that tvt (4) nlbw will be banned next tour (5) whatever I have not had the time to test will not be allowed in the next tournament i.e. 2 ravens on nec, telebarb vs es sorcs etc. etc. (6) i will spend the next 2 weeks testing as much of the new stuff as possible. (7) derpate has shown me how with infinite time a paladin foh'ing will win vs alot of builds. hard to allow it in on that basis.

why is nlbw being banned?
5) i will have time to test some rules after coming friday (last exam)
7) true, the solution is to allow conv in those matches - for example vs barb: charge+foh is the problem, solution: ban charge & allow conv (+limit res)

point remains... in the rules there's this:


"7. No overly defensive play. camping/def whoring, constantly running off minimap or hiding in a house will result in a warning. While there are exceptions to this rule we dont need 20 minute duels. Excessive instances of the above will result in a TKO."

I believe that'd count in the EP guys usual tactics

why not btw? not that i love that guy much but help/other opinions are always appreciated imo.

imo rather ban foh finally than changing rules once again too much. but before fer is able to make that obvious decision he might test some with different people.
