Not sure why you put so much focus in making shapers and jabbers viable. Its ok to have low tiers

I stopped reading the rules after I saw the level thing… the reason why they aren’t viable on his realm is because he caps everyone’s frw limit at 100… east had plenty of tvt fury dudu’s that did fine simply because they had more frw than everyone else, same w/ Java’s…

-rep cap @ 40
-no max res over 75, except maybe vs fw
-no stack res limit. cold sorcs are already better than 90% of other builds they don't need help
-no frw cap, already have to sacrifice life for mobility and there are no more 5frw scs
-why is shout banned?
-es sorcs can get max block
-no eth non rep weapons, there are new players so this should be mentioned

40 rep cap is way too high, 30 is already way too high. I think 20 should be absolute max but 15 is nicer lol

Ya good point, don't think many people could even hit 40 with currently available gear.
20 might be a good spot

How are tele swaps feeling? I was worried that with super slow fcr on zon I won’t be able to swap effectively since weapon swap won’t cancel the second half of the tele animation after the action frame
