I didnt change the 30 rules, but i didnt say that someone didnt either! That along with the 5 repl rule (which i disagree with), no prayer skilled (also disagree with!) no ethereal armors (also disagree with!), damage reduction, the resists limits(also disagree with), frw limits and replenish life limits were all implemented recently (i.e. over the last 2 years).
staying on topic : Munger : 30 light res or 30 fire res XD dont need cold nearly as much, Brrr! ty for clarification on ring though!
