Above info is right. I'm not sure who you are but you are 100% right. Also, the top d2 sites pay blizzard so they get a cut as well. That's why the Hybrid Runewords haven't been banned because blizzard is getting a cut and piece of the action. There will always be problems with this game at this point. it's 10+ years old. blizzard and item sites just want to make money at this point. also, that's why you can use .dll injection and edit character breakpoints along with run certain things and not even get banned.
