putting amas/fbs pretty much together, to eliminate 50% of those in the early stages, else the entire tour will be fb/ama dominated, which makes it boring+less atractive for other builds.

the rest was pretty random. Just tried to prevend impossible duels in the first rounds like barb vs fbers.
