I'd say based on the fact that there probably is a low supply of 4 30s being found , 1k is a good number for an item like this that's fairly uncommon and pretty much necessary for the build that uses them

Found 3 interesting Jewels for LLD in the package:
1. lv24, +39 DEF, +10 All Res, +33 FR
2. Lv28 +6 STR, +7 DEX，+25 CR, -15 REQ
3. Lv8 +8 ED, +9 MAX, +5 Mana, -15 REQ
Wonder if they can used in any builds?
