Most likely it also had fhr , str or dex, and resist or dr/mdr, as it is your armor is marketably worse than a magic 3os armor with 60-80 life, which are easily shoppable , or just a little bit better than a 3os plain lp with a perfect ruby in it (they give 38 life per)
