these things need ED, and to be a base with high defense otherwise eth/rep is pointless, eth rep only serves a purpose when it boosts defense to its highest possibilities for level 30 wearers defense per level is also a relatively useless mod, because on a lvl 30 itd be like 50.., this is charsi

rare belts for lvl 30 really need repl else charsi. i mean someone might pay for 24fhr/60 life but just take w/e you get offered.
