This can't be right. Maybe you mean 114 average displayed damage, but it certainly can't be pvp damage.

Anyway I still agree that jewel > Um.

ow is 24x dmg over 8 seconds @ lvl49 pvp if i remember correctly

all i know is that i am totally in love with ow at my v/t and find it totally overlooked


sure, after all dmg sockets doesn't matter on my flail, but i still think OW is completely overlooked - maybe it's only superior in a fools sword after all, but idk. i think the sword is pretty shitty even if it beats oath it's not worth the fg

i'd always use UM if i got no other source of OW

Ok, after all Um isnt as bad as i thought, its 2,5 -4,6 times more dmg (with 0-45% dr) than a jewel with 30 ed.

Exept for barbs/smiter there are not many chars that use more than 15% dr.
So i would still use that jewel and take the extra life since dmg over time doesnt really fit into non-bvb playstyle.

lol... OW is like the best mod ever in damage^^ even if you get a low hit and it ticks in it'll do full dmg

the "average jewel damage" is hardly constant, but sure - in some cases high dmg output works although OW kicking in vs casters or w/e that's hard to catch si fuckin #1
