The rules are simple:

Smite is banned
Healing Auras are banned
Characters must be lvl 9
No dupes
Duels must be toe-to-toe (lvl 9 iceblast is allowed, lvl 12 is not for simplicity, sorry snipa) - this means on "Go" the only direction players can move is towards each other, and all spells/skills must be cast without retreating or moving away
KB on items is banned
no pots of any kind
BA cannot be recasted
no items that add slow (clay golem is allowed however)
no use of tokens (to reset stats and or skills)
cold damage on jabbers is banned

Duels will be ft 7 by 2 - meaning you need to win by a 2 duel lead, keep dueling until someone reaches a 2 point lead if it's not done within 7 duels
Duels will be in the inner cloister following the lines and swapping sides every duel
Tournament will be double elimination with randomized brackets (via challonge website)
