ferdi 30 trapper lost 5-3 vs tshaman (ama) bleh had him on 40 life in 2 duels i lost

rule clarification for twinsin (and pm'd):

if ES - 65% Block on ESFB, ESFirewall & ESBlizz
if ES is not cast @ 30 (in a specific matchh) you can have max block (this applies to ESFB, ESFirewall, ESBlizz. All other types of sorc may always use max block)
