Sa_Se and me built a lvl 18 libby together on eu sc nl. we found that having
charge on slot 1 and
hammer on slot 2 (instead of same) we win fcr, hammer dmg and charge dmg.
azure + 65/121/80 shield on switch 1, and
3/3/10("dtm jewel"ed) and steelclash("eth-ed") on switch 2. this way we have decent dmg, 75 fcr and balanced stats.
BUT!!! in some situation hammer switch was not used at all (ie vs runner chars, like necro, sorcs, ama etc) and we should just use switch 1 and charge nonstop. with this new weapon i bought on ladder we can exchange the old 3/3/10 for this one, and have ~1 - 1,2k charge dmg even on hammer switch!

also we hab another steelclash in stash with 15 max 12 dtm jewel that will come handy to our new switch
