You can cap charge instead, however this then destroyed lvl 18 tvt (1 team with lvl 18 might, other team without). This is why we did the cap on might. I'm not saying, we must do this...... as i don't really care, but it would make sense (if you want fair 1v1 and tvt tours).
My duels have been fun too, some alot more then others. It is great to see lvl 18 tours again. GJ Mat!
18 died on NA too soon for it to matter and was typically only done for tvt for years before that. we never got around to balancing because it was too dead to bother and people just wanted 30 tvt because it's more fun.
