by far arreats>

it's almost impossible to beat arreats on a mld helm (you NEED 2 sockets + perf jewels to put in there)

honestly that barb helm is one of the best bvb helms i've seen for hld. that is a sick amount of damage it will add, not to mention the life..and it gets decent defense on top of it all

Agreed it doesn't top areat's for mld. What if this was ethereal and had 2 sockets. Damn it's close to being epic

if it were eth/2 soc, i would definitely use it over arreats, even @ mld

30/9/9/60 jewels make it almost as much stat wise as arreats, probably better on AR, and much better on damage. the only thing lost is some defense
