dayum, do you need fcr to get to the neccisary bp (I dont play sorc's)?

Well i've read 2 guides.

The es/blizz guide i read hits 105 bp
the pure blizz guide i read hits 63 bp.

So iunno.

It's a matter of preference but you can get 105 w/o fcr on your amulet.

10 fcr is needed for both 63 fcr and 105 fcr sorcs.
