i can't see a duel where mana boots would be preferred over rare/blood. i guess on europe sorcs see less immediate threats with the lack of tele chars and solid tvt, so maybe then mana is better..? i dunno

And most people on east seem to agree that esfb should have a lower rep cap than everyone else, 10-15 seems to be the popular vote. I think you could technically build a 30 rep esfb and still be "within the realm" of gm, but everyone would hate you and think you're a dick lol, so yeah these could be #2 if you don't mind just taking away everyone else's fun in a lame way.

sanders and cow king can be tied because whatever, I'd take sander's though

then last place crafted mana boots even though they look cool and are stylish. Mana beyond 2k is basically just a stat-screen flex haha. FRW is super useful in lots of situations even without tele sticks/wsg tbh. Especially great for when you are sub-100 mana and trying to regen while staying aggressive

There are man boots on east lld char that are not worth using.
Remember when people used rare boot with no dex, mana or stamina regen? Andy does because he dump several pairs on me when I make my first zon and I wonder when I would use them over sander
