why don't you use maxers in helm and ed stat jewels in armor so you can switch a 5 bo helm, sojs, 2 wc amu for prebo without str problems? and why don't you use a mp instead of bp for more def? def is needed vs melee as well, not just in bvb.
iirc barb needs 88 dex with upg sb. i reach mb with base dex.
If I used stat jewels in arm I couldnt swap in my ornate.
Also, prebo is bm on east.
Anytime i'm using my bp, def isn't needed.

I guess you gain maxres with trires boots and use sanders if you dont need res? Since dex for maxblock is rather easy to get you could look for a nice 2 sox grim with res. Maybe even with fhr, i dont know how viable fhr is when you can use nl-ww, but i found it very usefull when chasing bowas/necs to have a little more fhr (at euro).
e: I like the build, prebo sucks
Max res with sanders vs fire. Max res with nats vs cold/lite.
I have never found fhr neccesary, bowas dont do enough dmg. I also use dual naga anytime I would need res.
