with another shael, a lvl 2 fanat, and 20 ias elsewhere (gloves) it hits 5/5/5/8 ias bp. It's pretty easy to hit 5/5/5/9 without the shael. Would be a pretty sweet zealer toy.

apparently it was upped from a flail before I bought it, me and brad just found this out :\

its 20/15'd now, it would have been a 4 fpa 3 range amp weapon if it had spawned as knout... i was semi erect while we were getting it socketed, then super flaccid when once i saw lvl 34

im still 5/8 fpa, lvl 7 fanat on my zealot. still works very nicely for what i wanted it for, i was gonna make a knout honor soon as i found the 5 soc knout, lol
