You mean weapon wise? Asylum had a crazy eth rep nage in trophy room a while back, and I decent ones on east & west that are close to robo dmg (but gain 130ar/4str on the east one, and west one is 2bcombat).

Best option is 2 weapons with fastest ww bp and 3s/life armor with 3 jewels.

Oh right, the thread is quite long so I didn't read. Anyway here's my input:

1. life armor > peace because of more life, similiar or more damage in some builds.
2. robo/robo>robo/honor, especially in the case of naga build, because the ww hit check happens at 4/8/12/16/20/24 or 4/8/12/20/24 frames in each case, and a fast running barb (assuming 120frw from gears and 35% frw from lvl9 increased speed) would ww through the target in about 18 frames. So robo/robo could garantee one more hit check during this time if the target is stationary, even better result compared to robo/honor if the target tele or move away during the ww.
