Finally someone that understands. We capped might on eu for like 15years of lvl 18 tour duels. Apparently Dave said that there hasn't ever been such a rule on NA (which is bonkers).
You can cap charge instead, however this then destroyed lvl 18 tvt (1 team with lvl 18 might, other team without). This is why we did the cap on might. I'm not saying, we must do this...... as i don't really care, but it would make sense (if you want fair 1v1 and tvt tours).

My duels have been fun too, some alot more then others. It is great to see lvl 18 tours again. GJ Mat!

Yea that's a really good build for a 18 charger and dmg is pretty high considering it's with a Clegs sword and could double. Yea NA never capped might but most just didn't play chargers because of how broken they are at lvl 18. my build is less mana I run 110 and do 4600 charge with just shy of 800 life. I'm still speced for 5hit zeal so the char is fully capable of standing toe to toe in a melee fight with about 2k zeal. after reset I'll probably build a different 18 for this gs like open and TvTs. but all I have atm is a Conc barb and Zealer so I just respec'd to be able to join up

maybe I'll finish my libby for the next open tourny but even then it's really charge based since hammers only do like 215 dmg

Oh definitely, I also played a libby at 18 back in the day. Charge/zeal is just better.
I'd just stick with that build, if we work on a might cap (yes charge will still win most duels), but least chars might beable to tank 3/4 hits instead of 1/2.

This tourney made me want a thrower like that monster BLLD runs

Yeah throw barb for 18s are actually decent and require some skill
