i think you could make tiger strike and BF synnergize VERY well at 30 tbh. BF sin has always had to panic and MB/Wsg out of tight spots vs many builds, so tigerstrike could be really nice combined with dflight and masteries.

but i know you're a tiger at heart and might want only a tiger striker. i certainly wouldnt suggest a LS or WoF mix. but BF seems like a good addition to the kit, especially if you can get the skill itself off a claw. I would think that a Dflight / BF / Mind Blast claw would make the build a breeze to do swaps.

Pure BF has alot of limitations but its the most fun and satisfying by far. as your spending 100% focus on Furys, after some practice u know where u can hit from and where u cant hit from,(the range of the skill is really not impressive, I think its almost exactly one screen) so u can get offscreen snipes when practiced. directional influence has alot to say aswell imo(as any ranged attack, including charge ofc^^). Not to say its one of the fastest traveling projectiles in the game if im not mistaken.

Really fun/interesting to see u guys discussion on this topic for me as i have spent alot of time thinking about this myself.

As Meegz said, Hardpointing BF actually makes a bigger difference than u would think, the reason being that the dmg from the skill is effectively the same as Offhand Min/Max, BUT its ignoring the penalty not as huge on LLD as on HLD iguess but still a game changer.

As to the hybridzation oppertunitys i agree with would u guys said aswell, Any LS hybrid is just a worse version of a C/c trapper period. I would much rather have WoF or even WoI for stunlocking with mindblasts, your not gonna achieve strong trap damage anywho, I would much rather take +Shadow Disciplines then +trap skills., claw mastery, claw block, shadow warrior, mindblast, BoS/fade.

theres also alot to be said for dualclaw or shield setups, As Assasins need 100dex with a kiteshield to achieve maxblock. I dont mind the 100dex at all as it also boosts dmg and AR but its less points into vita ofc.. Attackraiting is another issue, as the +attackraiting from claw mastery does NOT effect BF. FHR BP's is also another thing that is really huge on this build, getting interrupted by fhr animations is a killer for BF as she has to recharge the BF skill...

And im almost sure that there is no such thing as ranged penalties for +elemental dmg. but i could be wrong

there actually is one for bladefury, not ranged. theres a dii.net thread by ceramic weasel (googling diablo 2 bladefury assassin it comes up as 2nd result for me) that has a really good breakdown of how it all works. the tl:dr is ele dmg gets hit by 3/4 penalty with 1h and 3/8 penalty with 2h, but the LCS shows damage wrong because its supposed to count offweapon ed & str/dex bonuses, as well as apply them to the +dmg provided by bladefury skill. theres a reason Spiega is setup the way she is, with the ed/stat jewels & kite shield, etc... lol

Yeah ofc i know that the ed/str/dex has to be applied, but i wasnt sure if it was screen bugged or not, (Not sure what LCS stands for exactly) but iguess thats what your applying ^^
yep yep her setup is mad good everything fits together like a puzzle haha. I would be interested to know the true dmg of Spiega's BF aswell as Shine's but im lazy af and wouldnt bother doing that calc, and i would probably get it wrong anywho haha.
