idk where you're getting your information, probably from your cereal box tbh.. they literally said the exact opposite of that, there will still be ladder resets and maintanence on original d2 even while d2r is running, the only thing they planned on stopping supporting was customer service but they already removed diablo 2 from the options for the game selection drop down tab on customer service so thats already been done.

we couldnt tell if wsg works or not based on the alpha testing because it was single player and wsg never worked on single player. pretty sure str glitch frw synch and charge synch all wont work though. and whirlwind has a full 1 second delay before and after each whirlwind. all these things being considered ontop of the current resolution issue, it looks like sorc will dominate everyone. being able to c/t blizz and fireball that far is fucking insanity.
