d2 is not done what so ever, and in fact d2r might just end up being a giant flop because if they dont fix the time delay thing before and after each whirlwind, and if wsg and synch dont work the same aswell, fpk on high level dueling will not be the same.
also if they dont fix the resolution issue then you will literally be able to c/t tele from the river of flame wp to chaos in 1 teleport, which means u can shoot a fireball that same distance in a pvp situation which will be d2r pvp will be nothing but sorces shooting fireballs and lightnings and shit from 50 screens away and still hitting eachother, it will be toxic and awful, and lld usually follows suit with hld in a lot of situations so lld will still be around for sure.

idk where you're getting your information, probably from your cereal box tbh.. they literally said the exact opposite of that, there will still be ladder resets and maintanence on original d2 even while d2r is running, the only thing they planned on stopping supporting was customer service but they already removed diablo 2 from the options for the game selection drop down tab on customer service so thats already been done.
