this lld gm rulebook says right here that chargers are only able to use charge once every 7.6 seconds, otherwise insta-dq. foh must also only be cast at 6 yards, otherwise dq. equipping vmagi is bm. only lenymo belt is allowed. sojs are too expensive, therefore we only allow plain 90 mana magic rings, as fcr is bm too.

firewall sorcs are too strong. therefore to tamper off their power, we will ask of them to max ice bolt before they put any point in firewall and its synergy.
teleport is also unfair to melee characters, sorcs shall therefor only use teleport at a maximum range of 3.8 yards. a decimal higher and you are dq'd and asked to delete your character and bnet account.
