Disclaimer: im not entering, so my opinion isnt worth bone prison

But i personally think paladins shouldnt have 1 point charge for mobility. Other chars lost the ability to teleport, so i feel like a paladin should be forced to stack frw to keep up like the rest of the builds. No special treatment

If this is the case, they shouldnt have a damage cap imo because they wont be nearly as tanky without all of those life charms.


No charge is easier to inforce than 1 point charge or only passive charge - source: page 62 of the 5000 page euro rule book

No cause they’ll just stack frw and vigor and will be fine...

Fire bolt/ ice blast lost teleport because they are essentially the same as the base build, fire bolt gets 2k+ dmg and pure ice bolt would probably get 1.5k+ dmg... those chars would easily outperform everything in the tourney.

Not to mention these are all spamable ranged abilites. A smiter without charge or tele would be running with whatever frw they can afford to build up chasing someone orb walking at range with fbolt/iceblase/lite fury/psn/wsg etc etc

100% vouch and im sure many others feel the same way hence why it won the poll.

i mean could we not atleast try to run it this way to see if it encourages more signups and if it doesnt then change it back? imo atleast trying could be far more helpful than harmful, because if we try it and it gets more signups then it will be a lot more fun of an event, and if it doesn't get more signups we could always change it back.

i mean at this pt i feel having 4 new rules in place encourages confusion and possible need for stat/skill checks before duels with pallys where as no charge is just more simple and thusly will encourage more signups, for all we know ppl who dont even plan to play din could be avoiding entering the event now just because of how complicated it got after adding 4 new rules that will need to be checked and confirmed rather than 1 common sense rule that wont need to be checked and confirmed.
