Say if I weren't really Johnathan Overmyer and these were not my photos. Then obviously I could do nothing since it wouldn't even pertain to me.

However I AM JOHNATHAN OVERMYER, Those were my photos in video which he mocked.

His video was in web camera form. You could see his whole face and body while he went on the site took my photos and mocked them. You could even see him playing Diablo II in the background. The video has been removed like I said and he has apologized numerous times and asked me to drop my lawsuit. He realized the error of his ways.

He is sorry for slandering my family and I, and he is sorry for all of the threats that endangered my lively hood and my families.

The most he could claim in a court of law was that he didn't know it was me. And knowing how messed up this world was the liberals would let it slide. But thankfully I have good lawyers and if it truly went to court, I know how to handle myself well and can speak very knowledgeable and persuaded the jury if necessary. I have been involved in many court cases most of which I have won.

Again we have settled this out of court and never will go unless he starts again which he won't.

Also to further back my claims. I have documented proof on this site where Tanks@jsp stated his name in video and shown using this site on his account in his web camera in the background. I used numerous links on here to show my lawyers if they needed further proof alone to use against him. Further incriminating related content,however his video alone is fine enough.

Again ask him yourself if not get off the subject entirely. Thank you sir.
